I was purchased the bracelet and charm set online, but they didn't fit me right. I went to the store to exchange if they don't have it I was going to returned it. Eventually the girl helped me she was very nice, friendly and helpful. She exchanged the right size for me. Also I end up bought another the bracelet.

The employee was rushing me. The employee was impatient. Needs more friendliness then the attitudes that were given.

There was not enough employees on shift to take care of anybody else. There was no greeting when walking in. The professionalism wasn’t precisely there.

I found just what I was looking for. A birthday gift for a very special friend.

Again i repeat. It is difficult to find my ring size in the store. There should be a bigger inventory in stock. A lot of the online items are never in store.

I think there's always room for improvement. The sales associates were nice and friendly, but one walked away while I was inquiring about something. She may have had something else to do

There weren’t nt rings in my size. I feel like they was not a lot of merchandise in the store. For a store that is so popular, it should have more products. I also think it takes to long to order items. I was told i would have my rings delivered to the store in 2-4 weeks.
