I went into the store to purchase 3 charms I've seen on the and they where available. Maria is the sales associate that helped me she was very friendly and knew exactly what I was talking about. She took her time and showed me another bracelet that I was interested in, also gave me valuable info about charm placement.

I was extremely satisfied, my pandora’s declined, due to unused within one year. The sales associate allowed me to run to my car and retrieve another. She was patience was truly appreciated.

Chelsia was knowledgeable about the products! She made sure the bracelet was the correct measurement. She took her time to explain the products, and offered an alternative when what I was going to purchase originally was not readily available in store. In fact, I preferred what she suggested. The ambiance was warm, and the rest of the associates were friendly. I plan to go back for my first charm soon!
