There were many sizes available on the product I wanted.

There was a long wait at the store I visited. It was expected because it was Black Friday so I did understand.

Lisbeth T no. 158814 was a fantastic associate.

They offered a very good deal and at the end it turned out they ran out of the product. also they convinced me to get a credit card in order to get an extra 10% off my purchase and at the end they did not include it. The assistant was very slow and did not have much knowledge about pandora products.

Was looking for a charm but the story didn't have or didn't carry anymore.

I didn’t receive emails from pandora before . So I missed the deals if we had any

I am not sure which store you are talking about or which item but there was a ring I wanted to purchase called a Forget me not, purple no one had the size I needed the online store said out of stock I called several places that sell pandora only one lady helped me figure out that 50 minutes away the ring in the size i wanted existed to give them a call to have them hold it i did call placed it on hold went to pick it up close to an hour of travel and traffic if the lady didn't tell me this was discontinued 2 years ago i would have had my sister pick something else for her graduation but who knew this was the case and some lady in Farmington mall CT wanted me to call her back since she was busy with a sale and had to finish up why would you pick up the phone all? why couldn't there be a ship to store from store or to look up where the item was located or if they had any in stock anywhere else besides the online very frustrating

There was an item that I wanted and not many options on how to get it without being inconvenienced. This store didn't have the item and offered not much assistance on trying to get it for me. Though i made a purchase I didn't get exactly what i wanted
