There wasn't a big selection of rings in my daughter's size. The rings are a bit overpriced.

The store associates need to be a lot more friendly and caring. They seemed to not be so thrilled to be at work. Smh!

One of the charms I wanted wasn’t available I wish they had a bigger inventory of items

The one of the sale person didn't react to my presence the other cell person had to tell her to assist me she would have just continue doing what she was doing it had not been told assist me.

Store was small hard to walk around when it is full with customers and staff

Limited space to move around especially with several customers in the store.. Sales person didn't know the cost of what I was looking to purchase.. Asked another sales person and that one gave a wrong price.. Was $120 more then I was told.. Very disappointed..

The store is very small and just having a couple of people makes it hard to move around. I was looking. For charms for Christmas the selection was limited, it seems many were retired.k

I was a little dissatisfied that since I opened a credit card for the first time I was not offered a percentage off my purchase

Sales person exaggerated items that I needed

I waked in and was creating instantly! Even though the associate was trying to only show us higher priced merchandise, as well as given us the wrong price for one of the claps I did choose what I wanted and she did clean my bracelet for free which was nice.
