I purchased a charm on 10/21 but I returned it today 10/23 for another charm.The sales associate I had on 10/22 was great but today I did not like the service from the sales associate. I took the charm out the box and unwrapped so she could see what I was returning. Told her what charm I wanted to exchange it for so another sales got it. She did the exchange put the charm on the paper and left it . Did not wrap , did not put it in the box, did not put in the bag I had to do it myself . My sister and I always come to this Pandora . This is the worst service I ever had.

The sales associate was not very suggestive or helpful. She didn't offer anything and handed me the catalogue and walked away. I was planning on purchasing multiple charms that day but only left with just one I saw on display because I the visit was so uninviting.

I purchased an item that a piece fell off about a month ago . Associate stated that it can be shipped to current location. Learned from manager that no interstore shipment will be done until after Christmas

Initially when I walked in staff was standing around not doing anything nor ask if I needed help, they just look at me and kept doing what ever they were doing ...the young lady that help me she must have came from back and ask if I needed help while 4 other ppl was behind the counter doing nothing.

I waited on line for over an hour and a half. I do understand covid and precautions but 7 of the maybe almost 20 people in line, like myself, knew exactly what we wanted. There should be an associate who can assist just in line if customers know what they want.

The associate Hunter was pretty rude. The size for the bracelet I wanted was showing the store had in stock and Hunter told me they didn’t have anymore bigger sizes when in reality he didn’t even check he just went took a glimpse and said No they didn’t have it but online it kept showing them in stock.

A stone in my ring fell I don't know how and asked to fix it. But Pandora does not replace lost stones and that disappointed me a lot because I will not wear my ring anymore because it does not have the stone. I'll never buy a ring with stone on Pandora
