I purchased a ring while in st Thomas and had to exchange the size when I got home to the states. The associate told me the ring was on sale and that I should call customer service to get a credit because the ring was purchased at an actual Pandora store, st Thomas is a part of the U.S. and the price was almost $40 cheaper. Called customer service and was told that it was my loss and the store could upcharge me because it was a tourist spot. I would have been content with a credit.

sales clerks did not make eye contact, and were trying to sell other merchandise that I didn't ask to see.

my sales associate wasn't super friendly. I never mentioned about being on a budget, yet she directed me towards charms that were on the cheaper side. It made me feel like she was judging me.

A pick up order was placed online for in store pick up. An email was sent that my pick up order was cancelled. I went to the store to see what else they had available. The first sales associate was very pleasant and helped me throughout my visit. I showed her the item that was cancelled and she was able to find it for me (very good sales person!). However, my quick pick up order turned into a 10 min visit because my order was originally cancelled even though they had the item. I think whomever looked first did not try to go above and beyond for the customer as the sales associate I had in the store. I was also a little thrown because one sales associate stated: “if it’s not there, then we don’t have it.” I just find it odd that she did not try to help the other associate try to find the item. No teamwork there. Anyway. It was an ok experience. Just think I’ll be getting my items delivered instead of in store pick up.
