My second time in the store the SA was very helpful. The quality of the merchandise is not what I expected. The earrings looked like they were used or damaged.

Store front extremely clean and organized. How ever the Sales associate Chelsie I Believe is very rude come across that way as soon as you walk In store. I visited 7/14 looking for Disney theme charms for my self as a birthday gift. She made the experience awkward. Like she was not happy to help

My Salesperson Chelsea was dismissive and seemed to be more interested in the merchandise she was trying to unpack. I asked several questions and she cut me off before I could complete my sentence. I only made the purchase because I really wanted the bracelet that I chose. I will travel to the Pandora location in West Hartford, CT the next time I want to buy merchandise.

The staff in this store are unpleasant, somewhat rude, and barely knowledgeable. I don’t know how this store makes any money as the associates are extremely slow. The Saturday before Mother’s Day had a line around the mall. That said I can understand a day before a holiday having a big line. I returned a week later the service was still slow I had to wait and could not browse the store while waiting. Also your sale signs are mean. 20% off no mention that it’s for a random necklace that is never in stock. I don’t know I always bought pandora through authorized dealers. Never a “Pandora” store. I’m sorry but I’m beyond disappointed.

Sales person was in a bad mood. Sales person didn’t even say thank you after the purchase like she was doing us a favor for that reason I would not shop here again.

First the place had 11 clients at one time, touching and walking thru out the store, which is quite small, my second problems was that I had purchased a leather bracelet last year and it felt apart {leather ones} and the young lady taking care of me insisted I had purchase my bracelet in 2018, which in reality it was purchased on 2020 and due to the pandemic I was not able to bring in sooner, so from the beginning my experience was not a good one, I requested a discount for the defective item and she stated it was too late; Not a good way to treat customer, and I was speaking with the person in charge on that day, Sunday 03/28/2021
