Pandora Jewelry

Was told one price and was charged a different price. Did not like the way my merchandise was packaged.

I was not satisfied because I told them to clean my pandora and she did a very poor job her attitude was horrendous and she was not very kind she made us repeat things over and over and I just did not enjoy it.. :(

This is the second time going to buy rings and you never have them in stock I find that it is a disgrace to your store you are a Pandora store you should be caring and always have stock in the store .also you’re giving away free bracelets and I did not get my free bracelet because you did not have it false advertising

Crystal the initial sales rep was condescendingly rude! Wasn’t listening to my inquiry about my reason for being in the store which was about picking up a “resize” ring for my granddaughter...instead of looking it up to see if it was in. Anyway I looked around the store and wanted to see items from the case I decided to wait for the other rep Teonni, to assist me..never asking any questions just wanted to make sure she could help me with my needs...thank you Teionni for her exceptional takeover of serving me and to my full satisfaction.

The manager Tamara didn’t greet me didn’t smile, she seemed a little rude. When I walked in there were two employees doing nothing at the counter none of them said hi or smiled they just seemed miserable I almost walked out but I wanted to exchange my charm so I had to stay.

The store was packed and there were two sale associates behind the register and one on the floor helping a customer. when the two sale associates were done ringing up their customers they both went in the backroom leaving more than 5 customers unattended. we waited and waited. It was obvious they do not work on commission.

Sales person had no interest in her job. Sales person had no idea where other charms are kept. Felt as if they are doing me a favor by selling me product. Will shop online for next season.

They did not have the item in the size I needed during black Friday weekend. I would think that they would stock up for the sale.

The ladies in the store were not friendly and were not helpful. Granted, they were busy however I was A customer in their face who got none of their attention.
