I was I line for more than 2 hours i order in store a bracelet for my wife after 1 hour I return to the store the bracelet was to big and I have to make the line again 2 hours more and I talk to the manager and he said you have to make the line and after I male the line they no have the bracelet size only 2 worker in San valentines day and only 2 machine for scanner that's no good for business and a lot people was mad

I have an online order. Not purchasing at the store. I had to wait about 30 minutes to pick an item I brought online. Not acceptable.

THE LADY WAS ABSOLUTELY A DISASTER. SHE HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!! WHEN WE POLITELY ASKED FOR A JEWELRY CLEANING SHE GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE ABOUT THEM NOT DOING IT AT STORE, DEMANDING THAT A JEWELRY KIT HAD TO BE PURCHASED, WHEN I REMINDED HER THAT PANDORA CLEANS YOUR JEWELRY FOR FREE, SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I HAD TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY. THE STORE WAS A COMPLETE MESS AND THEY HAD DIFFERENT ORDERS GOING ON AT ONCE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ALOT OF MERCHANDISE, WHEN I FINALLY CHOSE ONE, SHE BROUGHT ME THE WRONG ONE AND HAD TO LOOK AGAIN. TO BE HONEST, ALOT OF THE PANDORA JEWELRY IVE PURCHASED WITHIN THE LAST YEAR HASNT LASTED. I NEVER TAKE OFF MY JEWELRY, SO ITS SAFE TO SAY A DIFFERENT COMPANY WOULD BE BEST FOR MY PERSONAL LIFE! ITS SAD TO PURCHASE A RING AND NOT EVEN A YEAR LATER IT ALREADY LOOKING LIKE ITS RUSTED. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE METAL GOING DARK AND IT'S JUST NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!

I was sold a fake 14k gold charm. My wife was treated as if she was the one who scammed the store prior to the charm being replaced.

Sign in window said 6 people allowed in store at a time. The associate would only allow ONE person in at a time. Wait in line was over 30 minutes and I would have liked to browse before I made my purchase.

My sales person Gabriela R. Was not friendly or helpful. Her attitude made me not even want to buy anything. I did purchase items but not thanks to her. Ex. “ No we don’t have that” with a nasty tone and expression in her face instead of recommending other products. Why work in customer service if you hate talking to people. Not a good experience.
