First I was called by an associate to invite me to the presale for the free bracelet promo. I told the associate I did not have a cc and asked if I could participate in the presale and she said I could. However, when I got to the store, which I rarely go to stores at this time due to COVID, the sales person would not let me buy with the free bracelet The sales associate seemed to be very put out by having to show different pandora pieces. She did not know about certain items. When I mentioned that the service was very poor, the gal was rude.

I wanted to get a ring and a pair of earrings I showed the associate what I wanted. And told her I wanted to get a pair of earrings they were 20$ for the pair and she only gave me one earring. when I got back to the car I checked the box and I saw there was only one earring and when I went back to get my other earring I payed for she told me I would have to pay an extra 20$ for another earring when the website said it was 20$ for the pair. So I just returned it becuase I was frustrated and I didn’t want to deal with it anymore I bought another item which was a ring and love it. But I will not come back to this pandora again the associate was really rude and not at all understanding what I was trying to say and giving me Attitude so I will not be returning there.

firstly when we entered we were told that only one person can enter, not two, but the previous clients were two and they walked together. Second, the associate's attitude was not very friendly. She was angry, we asked her, I did not leave the store because I am 45 minutes from my house and I did not want to miss that trip. Third, we went for an article change and the article never appeared on the computer. I felt as if we were dealing with thieves because the article did not appear, I bought anyway, but I do not return to that place anymore.

Upon leaving the store, the associate did not put my ring in my bag, handing me an empty bag. I went home to notice this, and had to call 5 times before I got an answer. I went back to get my ring (45 minute drive) only to be rudely spoken to by another associate. I will not be returning here.

Visited this store only one associate present. was not greeted and I was assisted the girl wanted to sell me an item she had a display knowing full well she had plenty in stock. I had to request an opened item. Teonni was impersonal, unfriendly and unattending. Barely cracked a smile when I swiped my card to pay. It’s very likely I’ll be returning this because I noticed you’re having a sale next week.

I went to the Trumbull, CT store on December 29 to buy a ring for my daughters birthday. They ring was not in stock so the associate said I could order it and I’d have in 2 weeks, so I ordered it . My daughter’s birthday was Jan 13. I’ve called 3 times and keep being told it’s still not in yet. It is now Feb. 1st! Very dissatisfied!!!

Pandora product is very satisfied but sale associate gave me very very bad responce in Trumbull mall ct i never go to purchase in this store kindly change your sale associate your product is very good but they dont give me a good responce

The sales associate was rushing me to chose charms. Very pushy.
