The customer service is excellent. The employees were super friendly and really fast at finding exactly what I was looking for. I went in there looking for one specific charm and found two more that I wanted that I didn’t know they had in store.

The associate who assisted me happened to be the only person working in the store there was a person ahead of me and he took time to ensure all of his daughters picked out exactly what they wanted. When it was my turn he catered to my needs in the same way.
