I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because I was greeted upon entering the store. The associate was very friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and gave me options.

Lailah was the associate that helped me. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. Gave good advices & guided me on what I was indecisive about. She’s a gem! I’d definitely go back.

The sale associate that assisted me and my mother is named Lailah, she was so welcoming when we came into the store and she assisted us right away she was very information and helpful during our visit. I was able to but two charms for a friend, myself and my mother and we both came out of the store with new rings and bracelets. Please keep people like Lailah around because I would lobe to shop with her again.
