I was highly satisfied with my purchase. The sales assistant welcomed me and asked how I was doing, he was very friendly. I told him I called in the morning to place an item on hold and he knew it was me that called and where he had placed the item. He didn't have me wait so long and didn't have anyone else serve me. Which was great.
