My experience was absolutely wonderful the sales rep by the name of julia was very knowledgeable patient kind and informational this is my first time having a pandora bracelet and there were a lot of things that I did not know I can honestly say I am fully charm bracelet ready thanks to julia and her knowledge she also stopped rearranged the charms that I did have and took her time to explain to me how I can buy clips to keep them together and just other little tips and tricks I really appreciate her that's what great customer service looks like

I saw an advertisement for the marvel collaboration and I have never purchased from Pandora before but I was intrigued to see the merchandise and the sales associate Madelyn Was very helpful and knowledgeable and even assisted me to use the student discount QR code so I was able to get 10% off of my purchase. I will definitely return in the near future to purchase more charms for my bracelet.
