We were greeted very nicely as we walked in. Kathy and Akilah were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us find what we were looking for and we didn't have to spend a lot of time there.

The salesperson was very pleasant, and listened to what I had to say. She asked questions on what the receiver was interested in and showed me beautiful charms pertaining to that. She was extremely knowledgeable and I feel that she is a great asset to the Pandora Team.
