The young man that helped me was amazing!

The sales rep, Katherine, was extremely pleasant and patient with me while assisting me with my purchase. She was highly knowledgable of the Pandora products and provided me with recommendations which helped me make a decision. Also, the Pandora store was very clean and social distancing was being enforced by Katherine.

The representative was polite and helpful with my purchase.

I came into the store was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help which I did. I initially came for one item that I had seen online it wasn't in the store but the associate helped me purchase the perfect gift for my girlfriend one which was even better then the one I initially wanted

it was pretty fast I asked the lady for a certain ring showed the picture and she gave me my size, although I couldn't use my coupon I was okay with it.
