I am sheltering-in-place, but I had to get my sister's 50th birthday present. Shipping times were a concern. Kim helped me start to finish, and followed all protocols to maintain safety. She went out of her way to find an alternative to a charm that wasn't in stock (which ended up being an even better fit). She was sensitive to my wish to not enter the mall, and maintained social distancing when placing my purchase in my trunk. I had an issue with receiving my eReceipt and she got it to me immediately. Kim is awesome!

I’m always satisfied with the service and knowledge of the workers. I was disappointed that a bangle i purchased years ago had to be broken in order to solve the problem and not be replaced because it was discontinued so i had to purchase another bracelet. Service is always the best!!!!
