The senior associate from the Trumbull mall location in Connecticut is excellent. The other associate that have been there while I have shopped with them are also knowledgeable, but no one else makes me feel as welcomed and as cared for like she does. I have done many perchases with this pandora location and every time I see her I know I will have a pleasant experience. She is very knowledgable and very patient, I look forward to being helped by her every time I make a new perchase.

The associate ,Kim , that helped me was fantastic. She went out of her way to search for my ring in another size so I could swap it for the (larger) one I had. She was knowledgeable, polite, patient,and helpful. I l have already purchased another item ,as a gift, through her. I will definitely be back to this store in the future.
