I was highly satisfied because even though there were a lot of people in the store I was greeted nicely when I walked in. The staff was cordial and didn't ignore me. The associate that took care of me was Teonni Barret. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate that.

I went in the store to exchange a gift with the intentions of getting a bracelet that I had built online. When I arrived at the store the sales associate and I decided that the original bracelet that I picked online did not work with the charms. So needless to say the sales associate Gabriela was very patient with me and we ended up picking another bracelet with the charms.
