The staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned my bracelet and charms. Very helpful in locating a store that had a charm I purchased in Germany which broke and a crystal fell out.

When we first arrived we were immediately greeted by Crystal. Crystal is one of the associates that was on duty that night. It was such a pleasure to deal with her. She was very patient with all of our questions and very knowledgeable about the merchandise.

Lisbeth made an effort to locate the safety chain I came in for, since it’s a retired item.

I had an issue and was greeted by Crystal and then helped by Teonni and Kim. My bracelet kept popping off and my other bracelet snapped down the middle. Teonni listened to me and helped me pick another bracelet and purchase a safety chain. Kim had me send a picture of my broken bracelet and said she will talk to the store manager about it. They were very friendly and helpful and that is why I love this location. The girls here make me comfortable with their knowledge of the products. I have purchased from other store this one is my favorite. For my issues they offered me a cleaning kit and I appreciate it. Sakenna Cox

Lisbeth was professional, helpful, and responsive to my needs. I don’t wear my bracelets anymore, and she aided me in seeing how I could use my charms on a chain. She offered to help me in the future, and if I bring my Pandora items into the store, she will help me choose groupings for the necklace.

To The minute I walked into the store, to the minute I walked out, I got the attention a customer needed. I was very pleased with how I was greeted and attended. The sales person, Crystal was very helpful and very kind with my purchase.
