The staff was readily available and pleasant and very helpful in helping my nephew find the perfect charm

My mom and I walked in the store days before Christmas. We were immediately welcomed by an employee and asked if she can help us.She got everything we asked for, she also showed us different charms (just because I am so picky). She also showed us gift sets on sale, which we bought and saved money! Great items+awesome staff=Happy customers!
