I was picking up an item I had ordered from an exchange in my previous visit. The item that was sent to the store was not the right color. Lisbeth was extremely helpful in exchanging the item again for the right color. The exchange and checkout process was very smooth, and Lisbeth and Shaina worked together to help me get what I needed. It was such a pleasure working with them considering my previous visit was not as smooth and the employee was not as helpful. Kudos to Lisbeth and Shaina! I will definitely be back for future purchases and will be recommending this location to friends.

They were friendly. The store was very organized and had a somewhat good variety. Associate knowledge was very good.
