The customer service given by the sales associate Marco was exceptional, which made my shopping experience an easy one with my selection of charms. It is important having a conversation and being relevant to the customer especially for me since I own a lot of Pandora jewelry. The outcome would have been different in me not buying anything in this store if the customer service was not good but it was great.

I had to exchange a bracelet I got someone. The gift was according to Pandora sizing guidelines but the recipient preferred a tight fit. Carolina made the exchange very easy.
