Not much choices and pricey

I am usually highly satisfied with the items. Yesterday, I looked for gold necklace but the store didn’t have my desired necklace. So I could not buy it.

I just the first time to go Pandora.

The wait time outside of the store was long. Three associates were helping one customer while there was a line outside of store. No boxes for my purchase so sales associate tried to put my purchase in a dust bag. My purchase was a gift so I had to pay to get my purchase in a bag instead of getting a box like I wanted.

The saleslady gave me some ideas about the merchandize. She introduce new fashion trend of products, and showed friendly and kindness!

They didn’t let enough people in, we couldn’t get in together. In the store there was 2 customers. But they only let one person in at a time.

They didn't explain correctly regarding taking the survey. They told me if I take the survey they will redeem 10$ but they didn't explain in detail that It will be 10$ off on the next purchase of 100$ or more.

They did not have what I wanted and in order to participate in the sale I need to find other charms

I am very satisfied with my visit. I walked in having some kind of idea of what I wanted. Someone from the store asked me about it and 2 minutes later I was out of the store. The service is great, quick and easy.
