I had to wait in line. Not all sales reps were knowledgeable on the products & I was not offered the items on sale, I had to open online

The sales associate that helped me is very nice. There is this one male associate who’s not.

Customer service was good. But I am very disappointed with the product. My boyfriend bought me a ring, and just after 2 weeks the stones started falling off. For the high prices, the products are not worth it at all.

I was at this Pandora Store prior to it's opening, about 7 minutes. I purchased the new Bag Charm Holder. I paid in cash. I asked if I could exchange a $5 & 5-$1 bills for a $10 bill and was told "no." It seemed like an inconvenience to the salesperson. When I got my purchase home and took a close look at the item, it was bent. I remember her telling me it was a display. The next day I received an email from the Reno Pandora about a new promotion. Very disappointed that I wasn't told about the promo giveaway. Shame on you Pandora!

The lady just greet me “hi” after we enter in store cause she was very focus on her phone. Then I told her want to exchange the charms which was I purchased yesterday. I didn’t see her smile or paSaigon to us. We didn’t have any eye contact at all. The rate of her greeting might be 4/10.
