All the staff are very willing to help help and take the time to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. For me it was the fact that the employee remembered me and also remembered the purchase that I made a year ago.

The sales associate Josie F. is why I came back to this store. I live closer to the other Pandora location in Fort Myers but choose do drive the extra miles for the outstanding service.
