Audriana and the other sales associate were very welcoming and polite. Audriana helped us with our selections and throughout the whole process she was professional and cheerful. She answered all of my questions with ease and is very knowledgeable and an expertise in all things pandora. I will highly recommend this store. A very pleasant experience.

All positive experiences, from calling customer service for a replacement,getting a Pandora gift card via email. Using the certificate to purchase a replacement at my local Pandora store in Coconut Point Mall Florida. They were very helpful to help me pick a bracket that fit me best.
