Ordering online and picking up in store was extremely easy and once I arrived my order was complete and ready. The Sales Rep was very helpful in helping me add additional items to my purchase to complete my mothers birthday gift. The staff at Coconut Point Pandora is awesome!!!

Adriana and the other girls in the store were all super friendly and gave me several options for what I was shopping for. They gave me recommendations that I felt were needed during my experience that I didn’t know before hand. They are great up sellers as well as I got way more than I came in for and left happier than expected.

I went to the Pandora store almost in tears when a heavily chlorinated Pool ruined by bracelet. The store associates were attentive and made realistic promises about being able repair my bracelet. The bracelet has a lot of sentimental value. I returned to a restored bracelet. I can’t thank them enough for saving my most meaningful piece of jewelry and for the excellent service.
