The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. She showed me a variety of bracelets and helped me choose a good size. She also went over home care to prolong the life of my bracelet.

My sales associate, Macy, was fabulous! She greeted me when I first came in the door! I had decided on most of the charms I wanted to purchase already because I stopped by the store the night before but it was 15 minutes before closing so decided not to rush and come back. Macy grabbed the 4 identical palm tree charms I wanted for my mom, sister, sister in law, and myself. I was debating on a few other charms and Macy patiently helped me through my decisions. In addition, she was wearing a few Pandora rings and it looked good on her so I decided to purchases some rings myself (which was my first time). Macy assisted me on finding my correct sizes and even found the Disney mouse stackable ears rings in the display case (I had set my heart on). She was very sweet & gift wrapped the presents for my family. This was the BEST service I had from any Pandora store!!!

I put not likely to return to that store because I am on vacation and will not be going back to that store. I am going home to Massachusetts.

I was greeted by a friendly associate as soon as I walked in. I already knew what I wanted and they had the items. The transaction was very smooth and efficient.
