Pandora Jewelry

Today we went in store at coconut point mall and I had THE BEST experience with Nerissa, she was AMAZING and so patient and Informative I have a few doubts on bracelet sizes and also needed help with exchanging a charm I had recently bought in a different store while shopping with our baby and she was very sweet and very patient and determined to find what I was looking for; Needless to say I was VERY satisfied with my trip to this store; which I’ve been coming to for a while now and is Amazing prefer this store than any of the others from Naples to Fort Myers!

I love the patience and understanding that comes from the stafff. They are so very welcoming and always showing me things I may be of interest of.

Jess G was nice. Helped me with everything I wanted. Also cleaned bracelet for me.

Jess G was extremely helpful and personable while picking out jewelry. She helped with multiple sizes and recommendations. She was very knowledgeable about products.

I went to get something I had seen and was able to get it.

Associate was very helpful and finding the charms that I was looking for. Suggested charms that would work on my bracelet. Also, offered assistance with sizing.

My Sales representative that I use most of the time is Jess. She is friendly and knows the entire Pandora line. We are on a first name basis. I enjoy going to store and talk to her about past and present charms of Pandora!!!

We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. The associate was very helpful and showed us many different option. Walked out with more then expected but was not upset about it. Great service.
