This store was extremely clean. Well staffed and able to deal with the amount of customers. Well versed on the merchandise available .

I was waited on immediately as I entered the store. I thought I would have to wait as today is Valentine’s Day, but no! Jess G. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Jess even gave me a few suggestions.

It is great to see the ladies that wear the jewelry themselves. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. Sometimes I have a hard time deciding what to buy.

The knowledge, care, and customer-centered service was top notch. There was a bit of a line, which is expected for Valentine's Day, but they quickly and appropriately managed that. Every customer left with a smile and didn't feel rushed. Great experience and I would definitely shop there again. I've had the same sales associate (can't remember her name, the fair-skinned Cuban young lady) and she has been amazing every time.

Our sales associate was absolutely amazing! she remembered my mother and i per our last visit and helped us choose rings! her knowledge and service was 10/10! all other associates were friendly and interactive as well. it felt like a family reunion. i am going back and have already told my friends and family about only going to this Pandora Location if they want quality customer service and an lastly experience!

I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. Most of the associates know me pretty well and are well aware of what I like and do not like. Never have had to wait longer than 5 minutes for assistance. They are always accommodating. If I have any problems they are always resolved.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help or was looking for something in particular. The sales associate gave me time to look around and answered questions for me. She was extremely helpful and very nice. A warm personality. Enjoyed talking to her.
