My boyfriend I went to replace a ring that I recently lost and were promptly greeted upon arrival. Then, we were told how to find what we wanted, and when I made a decision, it's like the associate knew I was ready to announce that decision and someone was with me immediately. Then, when I wanted to know if a different version of that ring was available, the associate was patient and helped me find the right color and size for me. She was informative of the return/warranty policies and makes me want to return to her store soon!

I went in search of two specific charms which the website indicated were available at this location. I was able to purchase them as planned. It was an easy and seamless experience.

Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. They suggested other pieces when they didn’t have the charm I wanted. I was disappointed that you can’t but the one Valentine charm unless you buy the bracelet too. I definitely would have bought that one. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

I had left some of my bracelets to be cleaned which I’m always happy to do.also to say goodbye to our friends there as we’re leaving Florida this week and won’t be back for a few months

The associate working with us was very kind and seeked various jewelry options for us to look at. She wasn't in a rush nor try selling us a specific type of ring, warning or charms.

The sales associates were super friendly. From the moment I walked into the store, they asked me what I was looking for and helped me try a few different options to make sure I had the best size/style. They even recommend a few I didn’t know existed. Overall, great experience and i will be back!
