The sales associate was fantastic. She smiled, and even though it was extremely busy, she was very efficient and very knowledgeable. Even on the 23rd of December I was in and out within 15 minutes which is very impressive.

I visited a store in Coconut Point. The manager actually helped me, she was very nice and helpful. I brought a bracelet at another store inside Coastland Naples Mall. Disappointed because I just noticed it came damaged, so I have to go through the trouble of exhanging.

I was highly satisfied with this Pandora the assistance when i walked in the store was instantly offered. The associates there was kind and very helpful and made it easy to find and purchase my necklace.

I love how satisfying the store is to the eye. Also I enjoyed the customer service I was receiving. Overall the store was clean efficient and beautiful. Never had a problem I would highly recommend the store to family and friends.

Went into store for Black Friday sale and got exactly what I was looking for

It was Black Friday so visited the shop early.the signing in is a great idea on busy days like this.i was quite happy waiting as I was able to browse in the store.I have visited this store whenever we come back so I’m happy waiting for Narissa to help me.

Was attended right away after signing in. Found what I was looking for. Associate was kind and was able to check us out in a timely manner.

I wanted to exchange a leather bracelet I had bought and needed a bigger size. I had spoken to the manager Narissa who is always so helpful to exchange it which she did. Also a young man Carlos heard the conversation we were having about new charms which he then brought out and showed me.

Shannon B was great! She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. She showed us matching rings for the necklace we bought and that’ll definitely be our next purchase.
