Pandora Jewelry

Corporate granted me an exchange for defective merchandise I was unhappy with. I was dissatisfied with the essence charms that I chose because they didn’t tightly grip to my essence bracelet and then the store only had 2 of each item prohibiting me to try and find a tighter grip charm.

Our salesperson was knowledgeable about the inventory and quickly located the charm we wanted to represent West Palm Beach and Fort Myers. He suggested a pretty rhinestone palm tree. Three friends and I always get a Pandora charm to celebrate every trip we take together. He quickly added the charm to each of our bracelets and we were on our way to continue the fun together!

The associate was knowledgeable and I purchased a ring that I had been looking at.

The sales associate was very friendly. We took awhile to decide which ring we wanted and our sales person was very patient. The store has been remodeled and it’s very nice and easy to see everything.

I Loved how helpful and nice the staff was with me. They answered every question and didn’t mind me taking my time and looking at the merchandise . After I bought my bracelet they still cared and explained how to take care of my jewelry .

My first time buying a Pandora bracelet and Carlos was very knowledgeable and patient, definitely going back and hopefully I’ll get the same service.
