I was helped initially by a sales clerk and then by the Store Manager (I believe) At the start I couldn't find the combination that looked good to me. Then the Manager stepped in and through her suggestions and expertise we got my bracelets figured out perfectly! Without her help I don't think I would have found the beads and bracelets that I just love! She is wonderful and I have seen her there every time I stop in. Always friendly and so knowledgeable.

My purpose for going to Tyler store was to have some of my charms cleaned. I met with the staff member and she carefully looked at the charms and inventories the beads I brought for cleaning. She made a few suggestions on how I could rearrange some of them and work the spacers etc. while we were talking I noticed an open bangle style bracelet she was wearing and I ended up buying one for myself and a new charm to go on it too. It was a great experience. No pushy salespeople just honest conversation with knowledgeable salesperson.
