After a previous experience at another pandora store, this store exceeded my expectations! Megan was super helpful and answered all of the questions that my sister and my sister had and made us feel confident about our purchase. Overall, an amazing experience. If I could rate higher then highly satisfied, I would! I will definitely be coming back for my future purchases.

The store was quiet and not crowded. My husband and I felt welcome. The sales associates were all very friendly and willing to help me select my favorite charms. There were chairs available so that my husband could sit comfortably while I browsed and completed my selections. This (Coconut Point, FL) is our favorite Pandora retail store.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is eager to help out the customer. Store is organized and well laid out. Customer service is 2nd to none.

Nerissa was my sales agent. She was very friendly, knew the store and product very well. She was very willing to explain everything and was very patience with me being my first time in the store. I was excited to see all of the options I had and I loved the store!

Everything I wanted was in stock at this location. The worker also cleaned my jewelry for me.

Great customer service! Even was so helpful with my children I brought in with me. Sometimes retail associates can be rude when I have my kids with me but they were great. Nerissa who works at the coconut point location was great
