I returned two iteams Nerissa made the transaction so smoothly. After a bad experience in Orlando, it was nice to come back the the original store of purchase and find friend people ready to help.

While visiting the Bonita Springs area I went into the store hoping they could help me with cleaning my bracelet. I had been in a Mineral Springs lake in the Fall and afterwards my bracelet began to look dark and gray, almost tarnished. I tried cleaning it myself serveral times and it never looked like it had before. Jessica and the staff put my bracelet in their cleaner for 2 hours and my bracelet came out looking brand new along with another one I had brought in. I was overjoyed. . . beyond words. They were so kind as I was quite distressed. I have since returned to them to purchase 4 other beads and they cleaned the rest of my Pandora bracelets as well. Exceptional customer service was given. They were knowledgable and went above what I had expected. Thank you Coconut Point Pandora staff. I shall return.

The sales person showed me everything that was available in the earrings for which I was interested. One item was not available in the store, and she took my name and number to call when it was available. She was very knowledgeable.

Really enjoyed looking at all my options, learning about all the different parts and ways to wear my bracelet. Was surprised to see the extra jewelry options available, such as rings and necklaces.

The staff is always so welcoming and very attentive. They know I come in a lot and are so friendly. Will only go to this pandora!
