I just started a pandora bracelet and I loved it, definetly I will come back to this location, personnel and store were knowledgeable and professional

Nerissa, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and patient during my time at the store. I was buying a present for someone, and she helped me narrow down which charms would be perfect. I'm very pleased!

Gave my the wrong size necklace.. I’m hurt about it I paid almost two hundred just for something to be small😭

i wanted to use apple pay to purchase my products because i had left my card at home. when it came time to pay, it wouldn’t accept my apple pay. i had to come back later in the day to purchase my products, which was fine because i was coming back to the area nearby. pandora should work to fix this issue because while i was understanding, others might not be. the sales associate who helped me was more than friendly and did a perfect job!

Sales association was great! I placed a $388 purchase and ask if I could have the little plastic bag for gifts - sales manager said a Resounding no and told me I was too close to the desk. I didn’t even realize that was. This made me wonder how much she valued my purchase.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. They were organized in addressing customers in the order that they came in. They were also very knowledgeable off the product.
