(My husband went in for a gift for me; he mentioned a Loud party in the back room. Overall he was satisfied, nothing particular stood out but he said it was way better than his last trip to the Pandora store in the Edison Mall (which is closer to us and he will never go to again!) so honestly that is saying something!

Was very satisfied with my pandora experience. On vacation so it's very unlikely to return to this location, but will visit pandora in my state(Georgia)

Disappointed that one of the charms I requested was not in store and I was told by the associate that it was retired. Actually the charm I want is available online and at another Pandora store near me (but not as close as this store). I’m confused why I was told that it had been retired. It is the daughter-in-law charm that I wanted.

Some of your displays are very high up so it’s hard to see the merchandise without asking a representative to get it out for you. There was also a ring that we wanted and they didn’t have our size

I was very satisfied with my experience going into Pandora. The store was clean the workers were nice and helpful and they explained the promotion to me. They were great and helpful and I had a satisfied experience with everyone there.

The items that I wanted to get were not available. And, the 2022 books were only available to be viewed in the store. There were no books to take home. Therefore, I did not know that two of the items I wanted were no longer available, since I only had a 2021 book.

After I paid for the merchandise, the lady who helped me was nowhere to be found. I felt like the “after service” will not be too satisfactory.
