I was looking for something that I really wanted. I did not see all my choices in the store. I had to pull the options from my salesperson who was nice but if I did not ask or realize what ai was really looking for I never would have known you had it!

Because I didn’t find some items that I liked like a holiday charm and a silver band, which the person who assit me gave me another option and as well as a leather band.

I had a bracelet that could not be fixed. I asked to pay to have it fixed but since it was a gift and I didn’t have a receipt they wouldn’t exchange or fix it.
