I need more time to browse some stuff but everything can't see the prices its not showing on the items so its hard to figure it out.

It was my first time in the store and the experience was ok.

I was looking for something that I really wanted. I did not see all my choices in the store. I had to pull the options from my salesperson who was nice but if I did not ask or realize what ai was really looking for I never would have known you had it!

I was satisfied

I couldn't get the charm I wanted. The sales associate did recommend another option which I did go with.

Because I didn’t find some items that I liked like a holiday charm and a silver band, which the person who assit me gave me another option and as well as a leather band.

I was highly satisfied

The price was a little more than I wanted to spend. I had came in not wanting to spend more then 200-250 and i spent about 255

I had a bracelet that could not be fixed. I asked to pay to have it fixed but since it was a gift and I didn’t have a receipt they wouldn’t exchange or fix it.

No particular reason but there is always room for improvement in any situation.
