When I walked in there were 3 sales associates talking with one customer. I was ignored for a while until I asked "excuse me, do I need to sign in some place?". Only then did one of the ladies help me. I don't know why 3 associates needed to watch a conversation with one customer.

I went in for a specific charm and found out none had been sent to the store. I am an in store buyer rather than internet. I like to be able to look and see the merchandise before I buy. Also I was sent an email that said if you spent a 100 or more you got a charm holder which was not offered. I spent more than that.

The store was very limited in merchandise. I was specifically looking for several items that were unavailable. I had to drive to the next town to a different store to get what I wanted.

"Highly Satisfied" is simply a rating that I give when my experience was above and beyond what I expected. I received the care and attention that I expect when shopping in a store, but nothing stood out that made it go above what I would expect. It is not that I am unhappy with the experience; I just do not give out the highest rating when I believe I was met with what should be the experience given to all customers.

The workers were so sweet and helped me when I needed to know the prices. They told me what brackets is more suitable and it helped.

the store was low on inventory due to the Christmas holiday. The Mgr Naressa was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She was juggling 3 of us ladies @ the same time. There were several rings that were on sales but did not know about them until after she couldn't find the full priced rings some of us were looking for. I get it sell what you can full price but why weren't those rings that were on sale not displayed?? She had a very large inventory of them.....they should be displayed-she could of sold more possibly?

The store had 5 sales associates working and sign in sheet for customers to sign themselves in. The associates would skip over names or call out of order which was very aggravating. The store did not have many charms and would only bring out one charm at a time not allowing one to fully select from a variety of choices. The excuse provided is that each tray has $1,000's of dollars and they cannot take the risk. That type of service isn't inviting to purchase. I've been to several locations and this is the first time I've received this service. Merry Christmas, Jessica

I had to wait a long time to be helped. I was also confused on where to sign the waiting list since it was not very well open. I also felt rushed and was not able to take my time looking at other pieces of jewelry.

I think it would be more helpful to have a catalog to look through. Now you have to rely on the associates interpretation of what you are searching for. I think this would also generate more sales.
