There was just a long wait to be able to speak with a sales associate. Once got to an associate they were great.

My fault it - was Black Friday and caused a long wait. Was buying a gift not looking so just had to stand and wait for an associate. The name list was a good idea other than people writing in their name above people who’d been there longer

I had called and placed the item on hold. This associate seemed new and did not show me the item or new charms that were available. I relieved on my own knowledge. Very different from my previous experience in this store.

It took a few minutes to be assisted. The associate was nice but not the kindest in the beginning. Throughout the visit, she became much more friendly.

The previous two visits there were not very good. Some of the staff are very unfriendly and rude. I am now a loyal customer of Tiffany's. They have great customer service. Even others I talk to have said the service at this Pandora is very bad.

I had to press the sales associate to show me various charms. I also had to request that my bracelet be cleaned after I bought a charm. I got the sense the associate was not super eager to help me.
