I asked if the Disney Bella glass bead was toxic since I was made aware it glows in the dark. Sales lady became nervous laughing it off and just responded it’s contained inside. Leaving me with the doubt that what I bought might make my child or I sick. Might go back and return it.

There was a lot of customers waiting, but is understandable because of the black Friday sales, our associate looks a bit tired and wasn't at her best, but she manage to smile at the end, understandable too, the store show cases were awesome, the waiting time was reasonable. This is my store, so I always recommend this one to my friends.

Associates at the store acted entitled, I was questioned even though I had a receipt, people walking in and out of the back room I thought there was a party in progress

The sales associate was very disinterested in our purchase. She acted like she didn't care if we were there or not. I have a lot of Pandora jewelry and go to various stores. I have never met a sales associate that was so isinterested.

My experience was a pleasant one but overall I was not super impressed with the assistance I received. I kept asking the sales associate questions about my bangle bracelet and how best to balance the weight. I know I am not nearly as knowledgeable as the sales associate when it comes to this. I never really got my questions answered but instead just “it’s whatever you want the bracelet to be.” The sales associate was very friendly and complemented my bangle, but with that said I went into the store with specific questions that I needed answered and did not get. I want my bangle bracelet to last for years and want to make sure I’m putting enough clips on it to balance the weight. Yes it is my choice what I put on it but I also was very open for suggestions.
