didn’t inform me of merchandise not being in stock when i had called ahead

The sales associate wasn’t very helpful with helping find items that were on sale. Felt rushed to hurry up with my purchase. I know it’s a busy time of year but didn’t have time to really look through the different charms you had on sale.

The sales person was not very aware of what she does or does not have available in the store, she was also very slow evn though there was no other customers in the store

No one greeted us; two other customers who walked in after us were waited on before us. Sales associate was not helpful and on the rude side. It was like we were bothering her.

Coconut Point in Fla didn’t have the selected sales items or sizes of bracelets

We signed in upon arrival. Our name was skipped over 4 times. We called attention to it and still had to wait. There was no acknowledgement from staff about being skipped over. Our name was never called out.

Customer service was rude, she kept commenting on my fingers. She was aggravating. Wasn’t really helpful and was trying to rush us.

I've shopped in many Pandora stores over the years. The Pandora store at Coconut Point in Estero would not pull out the trays so I could look through what is offered. The associate said it was "illegal"???? I had to tell her what I was looking to for and she would pull out a charm or two from the case? I bought my wife a few charms for her new bracelet. I probably would have filled the whole bracelet for her Christmas gift, but it was too frustrating trying to remember which charms my wife liked from memory. Visual recognition works so much better. Bad experience. I will shop at other Pandora stores in the future. Avoid the Estero Coconut Point store.

Because the staff were very unfriendly. I told them that when I went to Pandora in New York I got a pouch for buy buying charms and they told me they couldn’t give me because every pandora is different. They were also very unapproachable, they looked like they were annoyed because I took so long to choose the charms that I wanted to buy. Buying in Pandora Coconut Point makes me not want to come back because of the staff.

The selection of items in store were extremely bare. Classics were not available at all in store and very few rings or ring sizes were available at all.
