Very poor customer service. Wanted to take current sale advantage but there was nothing to choose & clerk was not the least helpful. I felt when I left that I may return the bracelet I purchased.

The saleswoman didn’t offer any assistance by placing my other charms in the little try so we could look and see which ones would would be best and offer a selection. The other ladies have always helped me by making suggestions. My necklace had a spot on it, I had to ask her to clean it! Usually they will also offer to clean my other two bracelets. They were NOT busy, she needed some trainging. My husband only bought two charme and we would have purchased more if she had served us with ideas.

My brand new bracelet i got for Xmas from my husband broke on my second wear, exchanged it at the store they were doing inventory that day and we were there over an hour...tonight my brand new charm he gave me with the “New”bracelet fell apart at the table during dinner with friends 😡 I was on my hands and knees under the table with cell phone light looking for the pieces. I am SO DISAPOINTED IN YOUR VERY expensive Cheaply made products. My closest store is 30 min away. Michelle Tedesco 239) 850-3218

The clerk was extremely helpful and patient with my 16 year old granddaughter.

I know that there is alot of things I would like to see but I was on my launch brake so I will go back,

Do not continue to advertise something that your store has run out. I did not complete a purchase because the free bracelet being promoted was unavailable

Bracelet was clearly marked at $385 and was told it was probably mispriced,I was charged a higher price and did not get 30% off on BlCk Friday,the manager Carol at Coconut Point was. Rude idiot,I will never return

The attitude in the store was very poor. Not very helpful. Three employees, we were a party of 4 all wanting to buy. 2 employees never came out from behind the counter away from us. The one that served us I had the worst attitude ever.

1. It was Mother's Day and the inventory was extremely low with very little to choose from. 2. The sales associates were rushing everyone and not offering assistance to help choose the perfect items desired. 3. The older manager at this location was complaining to my husband and me that they were too busy, and that people needed to plan better to shop earlier than on Mother's Day. We were quite upset since we could only go there on that day. 4. The bracelet and charms I chose was on a display with the price marked $365.00. When the rude manager rang it up, it came to $565.00. When I questioned why the price was different, she snapped and said, "Do you want it or not?" This older lady kept motioning to my husband to give her his credit card. At that point, another woman came over to help me. If the other associate hadn't intervened, I would've walked out without purchasing anything. The older woman we encountered almost ruined my Mother's Day with her rude and condescending attitude. She definitely is not contributing to the goodwill of Pandora's business. I am extremely unhappy and upset with my experience at this location.
