first of all, I walked into the store no one welcomed me until I said Hi!, Second of all the lady that helped me had a bit of a bad mood, and also I asked for my ring to be exchanged because it's missing 6 stones and she told me I had to go to the store I bought from because they had no budget/balance this is something I had never heard before, then I asked for my bracelet and charms to be cleaned and she said that they couldn't do it because their budget/balance was under and they couldn't do it????? I had never heard that at the store I normally go to(Edison Mall Pandora of Fort Myers fl), they always tell me that whatever I need to exchange or clean any of my pieces I could go to any pandora! well that's what I did, but I'm never going back to COCONUT POINT PANDORA, very careless about costumer service, there was never a smile on her face and her apareance was not very clean either. I truly hope they better in the future.

We went to your Coconut Point store this morning in Estero, FL. and were hoping to buy several items. We were not greeted upon entering the store even though several ladies were behind the counter they were speaking to one lady together and one of the associates could have greeted us. After waiting for 20-minutes a lady with a badge that stated Store manager walked up from the back never saying hello but looked at the paper and said with a frown on her face can I help you? I explained I was looking for a family tree charm she said well we have several and pulled the tray out in a abrupt way. At this point, we felt very uncomfortable but we still looked and bought one tran number 4043. We ask about getting the bracelet cleaned and she said they do not do cleaning on the Holidays. She even stated well you can drive to Fort Myers Pandora but they are not going to be able to help you either. We would have bought more as we had planned but her attitude was horrible and we felt very uncomfortable. We understand it gets busy around the Holidays but there was only one other customer in the store.

The sales associate Jasmine and the store manager were very thougt when a tried to exchange my essence smooth bracelet into a heart clasp bangle just because i didn't have my receipt ,they tried to make felt as a lyer or as shophlifter and the reason i went there is because my favorite and friendly Edison store didn't have to much selection on Essence collection.Very sad to have that kind of Customer Service experience and before i left a store a told to a Store manager how she pushed loyal or frequent customer away from her store.

I was given a store credit for an item that I returned and was told I could not use it on any promotions ever. And the store credit said no receipt which was not true, I had my receipt. And on Pandora site it says you are suppossed to get a gift card not store credit.

Associate would not clean my bracelets while I was there to make a purchase as she indicated, “too busy due to Mother’s Day”. I asked for a box for the gift I purchased and was advised that you no longer provide boxes for charms, but my bother-n-law who had made a purchase five minutes before me was given a box for each of the charms he purchased. Very poor customer service and one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had.

The sales associate, Darilyn, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I approached the counter asking about an item and she was very short with me asking if I had signed in, I explained I didn't realize that I needed to (as I had a child with me while I was walking in and was paying attention to him not the door) and she snapped at me saying "well there's a sign right on the door." I understand it's a busy time for your associates, but working in retail myself I also know that there are multiple other ways and tones she could have used that would have been more appropriate. I am extremely displeased and amazed that your associates feel that is an appropriate way to address a customer. I will not be returning to your store, and will be sure to give my honest opinions about the service if asked by anyone else.

The availability of the item, it was a gift from my granddaughter for my birthday. Also I am able to wear my bracelet comfortably now and add new charms secondary to a prior exchange through corporate office for correct size. They understood my situation and resolved it. Very happy with their support.
