The Associate was very patient with us, my wife was picking out gifts and for herself and our associate tried to come up with solutions to our needs, showing us several options to choose from. She had great eye contact and helped us feel welcome. Overall great experience

Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Brooklyn. I explained that I had purchased a pandora bead a week or so ago which had come apart. I was lucky to have both pieces of the bead and I wanted to exchange it for one which did not have moving parts. Brooklyn explained that her manager was out for lunch and that she could not make this transaction without the manager's help. She assured me she would be happy to call her manager and ask for assistance. I felt reassured that my needs would be met. She encouraged me to look around while she went back into the store office to make the phone call. When she returned, she reassured me that the product would be exchanged for me. I was very grateful. She then helped me select a bead that I loved, and rang up the difference for me, since the one I returned cost less than the one I exchanged it for. Brooklyn followed her manager's instructions in order to do this transaction and showed me that she was going to do everything in her power to take care of my situation. I really appreciated the way she handled this! Thank you, Brooklyn.

The sales associate was extremely kind and very helpful. I called the day before to have a bracelet and charm put aside for me. She knew it was a really important gift I had in mind for my oldest daughter who was turning 15 this weekend. she went out her way to write a note and put it to the side for me. Not only that, but Unfortunately because stuff coming up that night. I didn’t make it in time that night. The following day she called made sure I was still interested and told me my stuff was still put on hold for me! she knew how much I wanted that gift for my daughter! And I Loved her for that! I think her name was Neli or Deli Lopes works at the pandora in North Carolina the Winston-Salem location inside Hanes mall. She’s amazing super friendly and really goes out of her way to make everything perfect and a special experience shopping there. I will be returning again!! 🙂

The salesperson (which was the manager) was extremely knowledgeable as well as very friendly. The price was reasonable.

Ms Sueli and her staff is great. The Pandora store at Hanes Mall is the only Pandora store for me. I'm always highly satisfied with Ms Sueli and her Pandora store.
