I went in with 2 Pandora charm bracelets to which I wanted to add some color charms. Brandy and Jordan were so helpful with showing me options, laying out the new charms along with mine and displaying them on their charm demo wands. I ended up buying 7 charms (as a birthday treat for myself) and was extremely pleased with the interaction and results I came away with. I know it was a slow day (Monday afternoon at the mall) but this kind of customer service has become such a rarity that it was a genuine treat to have the attention and service I received. I had been informed of this service on a previous visit and otherwise wouldn't have known this service was an option. I certainly ended up buying more charms than I probably would have, left on my own. Bravo, Pandora, for providing superior customer service!
