All the ladies there were very helpful and very patient and very nice . They were also very friendly and they didn’t rush you so it was a really good experience .

I was greeted by a very nice associate that showed me a variety of rings for me to try on. I will be going back soon to get a matching ring to the one I bought. Very pleased with the customer service!

I went is days before to get this charm and was told by another saleswoman that the item was not the ticketed price online. So I left it and came back and was told the correct price for it this time around. Only I had missed the by 2 get 1 sale. Bummer .. but I did get my charm.
