We were shopping for a Mother's Day gift. They had several displays with gift ideas. This made our experience and decision much easier to make. The sales associate (Brandy) was so kind and thoughtful.

The reason way I was so highly satisfied with my Pandora merchandise was because of Ms .Sueli. When you walk thought the doors at the Pandora store at Hanes Mall her and her staff really make you feel welcome.

The staff was attentive and polite. She provided me with options and was very knowledgeable about the product. I was also informed about the care to be taken when wearing the product. I was told about upcoming new products that I may be interested in getting.
